[When Levi comes to, he's in a large room, like a ball room up in the Interior that they host galas in. He doesn't feel injured or tired, why did he pass out? Lifting himself to his feet he finds... that the doors are locked.]

This is fucking bullshit. Whoever did this is gonna be in a world of pain.

[He can't pick the locks and no matter how hard he tries they can't be kicked down. Looks like he's stuck.... As well as everyone else that shows up.]

[ The Commander will be waking up.... in the presidential suite. Aw, yes. Living it up.

A shame he can't exactly find it in his good conscious to indulge in the luxuries presented by the room. Instead he'll simply pocket the key and be on his way, navigating the various hallways and rooms with a meaningful pace. Panicking? Oh, no. Running around to see if he can find anyone? Nonsense. First thing is first when presented with a completely novel area. He must identify the entrances and exits, the blind spots along the corners of the hallways, and create a mental map of the place. While an entire mental image would be impossible of such a large building, he does what he can to essentialize.

This does mean he will be listening upon every door for activity before entering a room. Run into him while. While he's listening on the door to the women's locker room. Or while he's examining a room full of ducks made out of porcelain. What kind of room is this, even...

It's all for precautionary and strategy measures, he swears. ]

[It seems someone's found the way out of the ball room before even Levi managed to, because he's surprised to see Erwin outside of it when they finally get out of it. He's mostly surprised by the more modern furnishings around, the abundance of running water and... What sort of lamps were these, hanging everywhere?]

[Maybe the Interior really was much more advanced than Rose and Maria... It wouldn't surprise him.]

Commander, you're here. Good, I have things to report.

[combovers]

[ Some comfort is met when he sees that one of his most trusted officers is here, yet the feeling does not come without some conflict. After all, if they are both here, who is where they are supposed to be, either recovering behind the wall or riding out to fetch back Eren?

He straightens up from whatever he had been peering at to regard the lance corporal, clasping his hands behind his back. ] Let us hear it.

[He clears his throat, just leaning back against the nearest wall, crossing his arms and ankles.]

I'm not sure of the layout just yet, and the hallways... seem to change a bit. I've gone down one and come back and the rooms have switched. It's very strange.

I've seen Zoe, Cadet Kirschtein... another cadet, though he was in a training corps uniform so I'm not sure of his name, and the two cadets who were revealed to be the Colossal and Armored Titans.

[combovers]

That would be problematic. Drawing up a map of this place would be beneficial, and I loathe to think it impossible even with that information. Perhaps there is a pattern to the changes. [ But to observe that, they'd need more men. Which they don't have. He shakes his head. ] A stable environment, a known environment; these are two concepts we need to have our advantage on the Titan-Shifters who are here.

[springcleaning]

Currently they're in what appears to be one of those fancy fucking ball room things, like in the Interior? This place is real fancy... I don't get it, Erwin, why would they trap us here?

[combovers]

For the moment we don't even know who 'they' is, and if the Titan-shifters are trapped here as well, I doubt they must be behind this.

As for why... [ He spares a glance at Levi. ] We shall have to discover the reason for ourselves. [ He makes to continue down the hallway. ]

[springcleaning]

[Levi pushes off the wall to follow.]

Besides trapping us here, there's a bunch of food so it's not like they want us to fucking starve. All rich shit, too. Meat and pastries and shit... Juice and wine... beer too probably, if we looked hard enough.

[combovers]

[ Unsure if that's resentment he hears is Levi's tone or... it's Levi being himself. ]

I myself am skeptical of the free use of facilities and conveniences, including the food.

[springcleaning]

I haven't touched the shit, but others have.

No one's dropped dead yet.

That is relieving to hear.

Do you know of anything else? Perhaps there is a list of regulations and rules for this facility.

I haven't found anything like that, haven't seen anyone we don't already know either.

No regulations, no new faces... and this apparent lack of hosts is problematic. I had hoped there would be someone with whom to negotiate.

It doesn't seem fucking likely, unless you plan on negotiating with the floorboards.

[ Flat look, and then: ]

With the only others here being the Titan-Shifters, we may have no choice but to negotiate with them or to work together somehow to escape this place.

They're currently in the ball room. I'm sure we can round them up, they're as fucking confused as we are.
